Looop was established by Soichro Nakamura, the CEO, and Shinzo Fukaya, the director, in March 2011. Started with a stand-alone type solar generation system which has been introduced in such area as Ishinomaki, Kesennuma and Miyagi at no cost for helping those who suffered form the Great East Japan Earthquake which hit hard these areas in2011.
